During our visit to southern New Mexico we took one day to go to Albuquerque and went to the zoo there. Taking photos there really felt like cheating, but it was a lot of fun. I never saw so many wood ducks in my life, and they were so tame! It was difficult to isolate single birds, and also difficult to walk around without stepping on one!
